Chery has named football superstar Robert Lewandowski as its new Global Brand Ambassador, strengthening the brand’s global “For Family” positioning as it expands across international markets.
The partnership was officially announced at Chery’s European Operations Centre in Barcelona, Spain, during a signing ceremony attended by Zhu Shaodong, Executive Vice President of Chery International and CEO of the Chery European Union region.
As part of the collaboration, Lewandowski was also presented with the keys to the Chery Tiggo 9 Chery Super Hybrid, symbolising the start of the partnership between the Chinese automaker and one of football’s most recognisable names.
Lewandowski said the partnership was built on shared values centred around family, focus, and excellence.
