Chear Motorrad, a long-standing BMW Motorrad dealer partner in Malaysia, has officially relocated its operations to a new facility in Shah Alam. The new outlet marks the debut of the country’s first BMW Motorrad New Retail Brand Experience, setting a new standard in customer engagement and service for the brand.
According to BMW Group Malaysia Managing Director, Benjamin Nagel, the new facility reinforces the brand’s commitment to delivering a seamless and premium ownership journey.
“Our promise at BMW Motorrad is to make every stage of the rider’s journey effortless and exciting,” he said. “The new Chear Motorrad showroom embodies this promise, offering a space that extends beyond sales and service to foster a true riding community. Since 2011, Chear Motorrad has been an integral part of our network, and their expansion in Shah Alam strengthens our presence across the Klang Valley.”
Chear Motor Group Managing Director, Dato’ Chear Kin Keong, said the move represents a major milestone for the dealership and reflects its dedication to the BMW Motorrad community.

Located at No. 33 & 35, Jalan 15/23, Taman Perindustrian Tiong Nam, Shah Alam, the new 540-square-metre dealership replaces Chear Motorrad’s previous location in Puchong. The facility has been designed as a community hub, featuring a modern retail space, a dedicated service reception, and a coffee bar to enhance the customer experience.
It is also equipped with 10 service bays to ensure efficient maintenance and repair operations, providing owners with the highest level of care and technical expertise. With a team of 40 across sales, service, marketing, and support, Chear Motorrad Shah Alam delivers a comprehensive 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) experience under one roof.
Chear Motorrad Shah Alam is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
