Boon Siew Honda has introduced a special-edition version of its popular ADV160 adventure scooter, combining Honda’s urban touring capability with the iconic styling of Marvel’s Spider-Man.
Known as the Honda ADV160 Spider-Man Edition, the limited-run model is restricted to just 300 units nationwide, with no plans for additional production once the allocation is sold out.
The special edition scooter made its first public appearance at the Marvel’s Spider-Man World of Webs pop-up event at Sunway Carnival Mall, Penang, from 16 July to 2 August 2026, before going on sale at authorised Honda Impian X and selected Honda dealers nationwide from 3 August 2026.
Themed around the fan-favourite superhero, the ADV160 Spider-Man Edition features a unique livery inspired by Spider-Man’s signature colours and design elements, including the character’s iconic logo and custom graphics.
The styling aims to capture the superhero’s values of courage, responsibility and adventure while maintaining the ADV160’s original character as a practical and capable daily scooter.
Based on the Honda ADV160 RoadSync variant, the special edition retains the model’s adventure-inspired design, combining city-friendly agility with touring ability. It continues to offer features such as an adjustable windscreen, spacious 30-litre underseat storage, full LED lighting, Idling Stop System (ISS) and an ergonomic 780mm seat height.
Adding to its exclusivity, every purchase comes with a Spider-Man Edition Gift Set, including a premium gift box, LED thermos flask, fuel tank cap, Honda and ADV160 emblems, as well as a numbered owner’s certificate card.
Each certificate card is individually numbered from 2 to 301, serving as a unique ownership record for the 300 units produced specifically for the Malaysian market.
Boon Siew Honda Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Kunitomo Asano said the collaboration aims to bring together the spirit of Spider-Man with the adventurous lifestyle associated with the ADV160.
The Honda ADV160 Spider-Man Edition is powered by Honda’s 156.9cc eSP+ single-cylinder engine, producing 11.8kW at 8,500rpm and 14.7Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. The scooter also comes equipped with Honda RoadSync connectivity, allowing riders to manage calls, music and navigation through the motorcycle’s 5-inch TFT display.
Safety features include Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), Smart Key System and a MyMAP 5-Star safety certification.
The model is also certified under Malaysia’s Energy Efficient Vehicle (EEV) framework, highlighting Honda’s focus on combining performance with efficiency.
Priced at RM14,149 (excluding road tax, insurance and registration), the Honda ADV160 Spider-Man Edition comes with a two-year or 20,000km manufacturer’s warranty, whichever comes first.
With only 300 units available and no restock planned, Marvel fans and scooter enthusiasts looking for a more exclusive ADV160 experience will need to act quickly before the limited allocation runs out.
