Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia recently announced the introduction of its Home Delivery Service.
From now on, customers in the Klang Valley can choose to have their brand new Mitsubishi delivered to their doorstep via a single car carrier.
The initiative is one of the efforts taken by MMM to give customers peace of mind during the COVID-19 pandemic, alongside other amenities such as Virtual Viewing, Test Drive 2U, as well as Booking Assist.
“As Malaysia prepares to transition from the COVID-19 pandemic to the endemic phase, Mitsubishi Motors makes an effort to ensure that our digital services are improved for customer’s safety and convenience.”
“We want to provide an option for customers to shop online, offering something unorthodox to car ownership. We offer a one-stop digital service from viewing the car 360’ via the virtual showroom, booking a Test Drive 2U, finalizing the sales process online such as Booking, as well as Trade-In and having the new car delivered right to their doorstep,” said Tomoyuki Shinnishi, CEO of MMM.
He added, “This service will first be rolled-out in the Klang Valley, followed by other regions in the near future.”
The home delivery service is only applicable for customers who successfully book and register a Mitsubishi online via the Mitsubishi Online Service platform.
From now till 31 December 2021, customers who book and register a Mitsubishi Triton with the promo code 4SUREBELI via the Mitsubishi Online Showroom will receive a limited edition North Face jacket.
The company is now represented by 53 showrooms (out of which 48 are 3S Centres) and 54 service outlets throughout Malaysia. In East Malaysia, MMM is represented by 14 showrooms (7 in Sarawak and 7 in Sabah).
The Triton 4×4 pick-up truck are imported as CBU (Completely Built-Up) units from Thailand while the Outlander and new XPANDER are locally assembled (CKD) in Malaysia.
