ISUZU MALAYSIA HOLDS CUSTOMER APPRECIATION NIGHT FOR SOUTHERN REGION
Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. held a special event to honour and commemorate their commercial vehicle fleet customers from the Southern region. Isuzu Malaysia’s Customer Appreciation Night 2018 took place at the Merlot Hall in Millesime Hotel, Johor Bahru. The event served as a gesture of immense gratitude and appreciation for the staunch support shown by its fleet customers throughout the years.
The Customer Appreciation Night 2018 was attended by 150 guests, mostly comprising of Isuzu fleet customers hailing from Malacca, Johor and Negeri Sembilan. Furthermore, the management and representatives from Isuzu Malaysia head office were also present, in addition to 14 dealer representatives from Isuzu authorised dealers from the Johor region. The event was also attended by local members of the media.
Highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Appreciation Awards given to selected Isuzu fleet customers, from the 68 companies that were invited exclusively for the event. These companies have chosen Isuzu trucks as their No. 1 choice for commercial vehicles, in which 10 of those companies received special awards and acknowledgements from Isuzu Malaysia.
The evening kicked-off with a mesmerising LED Water Drum performance, followed by welcoming remarks and a toasting led by Isuzu Malaysia Chief Operating Officer, Atsunori Murata.
Subsequently, Murata also took the opportunity to convey the company’s gratitude to all guests for making the time to participate in the event despite their busy schedules. In his speech, he shared that the unwavering support and trust shown by business partners all these years have helped Isuzu to maintain the No. 1 spot for the most preferred commercial vehicle based on sales volume in all segments in Malaysia, for 4 consecutive years from 2014 until 2017.
Moreover, Isuzu Malaysia is committed and determined to consistently provide top-notch after sales services and support, to ensure commercial customers are able to run their businesses with complete peace-of-mind. Through Isuzu Service Centre (ISC) – Isuzu Malaysia’s flagship after-sales facility located in Shah Alam, customers will be offered an elevated level of comprehensive, professional and efficient vehicle care, aside from ensuring a quicker turn-around time for vehicle servicing.
Later in the evening, an awards presentation ceremony was held for several categories, in which a total of 10 awards were presented to various companies. Seven awards were given out for the ‘Light-Duty Customer Appreciation’ category, two awards were given out for the ‘Medium-Duty Customer Appreciation’ category, and one award was for the ‘Heavy Duty Customer Appreciation’ category.
The evening also saw several exciting entertainments held, including an intricate Sand Art Animation Performance and a stand-up comedy routine by Malaysia’s Queen of Comedy, Joanne Kam Poh Poh.
