Isuzu Malaysia has strengthened its footprint in Kuala Lumpur with the opening of a brand-new 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) centre operated by Autoexec Corporation.
Strategically located along Jalan Tun Razak, near the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, the new facility provides city-based customers with improved access to Isuzu’s range of pick-up trucks and commercial vehicles, alongside comprehensive aftersales support.
The new outlet effectively replaces Autoexec Corporation’s previous 1S centre on Jalan Semarak, consolidating operations into a larger, fully integrated facility. It also marks the group’s third Isuzu outlet within Kuala Lumpur, reflecting growing demand for the brand in urban markets.
The launch ceremony was officiated by Isuzu Malaysia CEO Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, and coincided with the introduction of the latest Isuzu D-MAX line-up powered by a new 2.2-litre turbocharged diesel engine.
Speaking at the event, Yamaguchi emphasised that the new 3S centre plays a key role in enhancing the brand’s visibility and accessibility within the Klang Valley, particularly among urban users who are increasingly turning to pick-up trucks for both work and lifestyle needs.
Designed in line with Isuzu’s latest corporate identity, the showroom features a modern retail environment complete with a dedicated vehicle display area, delivery bay, customer lounge, and merchandise section. Digital and virtual touchpoints are also integrated into the space to elevate the overall customer experience.
Beyond sales, the facility offers full aftersales services for Isuzu’s entire vehicle range, including pick-up trucks and heavy-duty commercial models. The service centre is capable of handling both a truck and a pick-up simultaneously, ensuring efficient turnaround times for customers.
The opening also aligns with Isuzu Malaysia’s broader product push, highlighted by the rollout of the updated D-MAX range. Notably, the latest line-up includes Malaysia’s first automatic transmission single cab pick-up—further expanding accessibility for both commercial and private users.
With this latest update, Isuzu Malaysia now offers automatic or automated manual transmission options across its full product portfolio, including the D-MAX, ELF, FORWARD, and GIGA series—underscoring its focus on versatility and ease of use.
The new Autoexec Corporation Isuzu 3S Centre is now open daily for showroom visits, while aftersales services operate from Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
