Best Overall Performance
Award winner selection based on annual audit result on supplier quality assurance, incoming/receiving problematic report, customer complaints, downtime period and level of customer service.
Best Delivery Performance
Award winner selection based on three criterias, namely Quantity (The Actual delivery compared to requested delivery), Timeliness (The actual delivery compared to quoted delivery) and Manageable in Quantities (Adequate packaging to avoid damage in shipment).
Best Quality Performance Award
Award winner selection based on supplier quality assurance report.
Best Supporting On Cost Reduction Award
Award winner selection based on cost reduction and value creation.
