Malaysian helmet brand ARC Helmet has unveiled its new XRS helmet collection, including a Star Wars Special Edition range, at Malaysia Bike Show 2026.
The new lineup introduces a redesigned helmet platform focused on comfort, ventilation and everyday usability, while also expanding ARC Helmet’s design direction with licensed-inspired graphics.
XRS Series: New Platform With Safety Upgrade
The XRS range is the first ARC Helmet model developed to meet ECE 22.06 European safety standards, marking a key upgrade in the brand’s product development.
Designed for Malaysian riding conditions, the helmet features a larger shell, improved airflow system, built-in sun visor, click-release visor mechanism, Pinlock-ready shield, washable inner lining and an eyewear-friendly design.
ARC Helmet said the development of the XRS series was driven by rider feedback, particularly in ventilation and aerodynamics.
Star Wars Special Edition Range
The highlight of the launch is the XRS Star Wars Special Edition collection, featuring designs inspired by Darth Vader, BB-8, The Mandalorian and Stormtrooper.
A youth version of the collection is also available, featuring BB-8, The Mandalorian, Grogu, Stormtrooper and Darth Vader-themed graphics.
Additional Youth Collection
Alongside the Star Wars range, ARC Helmet also showcased a separate youth lineup featuring Disney characters from Toy Story, Zootopia, and Mickey and Friends.

Founded in Butterworth, Penang in 1973, ARC Helmet has built its reputation in Malaysia’s motorcycle community through rider-focused design and long-term market presence.
The company says the XRS collection reflects its ongoing effort to balance safety, practicality and design appeal as rider expectations continue to evolve.
Pricing and Availability
The ARC XRS Star Wars Special Edition is priced at RM370 and will be available from 4 July 2026 at authorised dealers nationwide. Youth editions are priced at RM135.
