JETOUR Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the all-new JETOUR T2 i-DM (Intelligence Dual Mode), marking the brand’s first plug-in hybrid model for the Malaysian market.
The electrified SUV made its public debut at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show 2026, alongside the G700 Concept Car and the brand’s full SUV line-up.
Positioned as JETOUR’s next step into Malaysia’s rapidly expanding electrified vehicle segment, the T2 i-DM arrives as consumer demand for hybrid SUVs continues to rise, driven by a balance of performance, efficiency, and everyday practicality.
Building on the strong reception of the petrol-powered T2 launched earlier in Malaysia, the new T2 i-DM retains the rugged SUV character while introducing a more advanced electrified drivetrain aimed at drivers transitioning into new energy mobility without sacrificing versatility.
Under the hood, the T2 i-DM is powered by a 1.5-litre TGDI Dedicated Hybrid System paired with a dual-motor electric setup and a 3-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission. Combined output stands at 265 kW and 610 Nm, delivering strong acceleration alongside improved energy efficiency across varying driving conditions.
The plug-in hybrid SUV also supports more than 100 km of pure electric driving range, with a total combined range of up to 1,200 km, making it suitable for both daily urban use and long-distance travel. Both AC and DC charging capabilities are included to improve convenience and flexibility for owners.
Inside, the T2 i-DM comes equipped with a suite of advanced safety and driver assistance features, including Level 2 ADAS, six SRS airbags, and a panoramic view monitoring system designed to enhance visibility and confidence in tight or challenging road conditions.
JETOUR has indicated that the T2 i-DM will be priced between RM160,000 and RM200,000, with final pricing to be confirmed closer to its official launch. Bookings are now open at authorised JETOUR dealerships nationwide.
At KLIMS 2026, visitors can also explore the brand’s wider SUV portfolio, including the T1, T2, VT9, and Dashing models, with selected vehicles available for test drives throughout the exhibition. The booth also features interactive activities, along with complimentary gifts and refreshments for visitors.
To further boost appeal during the show, JETOUR is offering exclusive booking incentives, including RM2,000 rebates for the T2, up to RM10,000 for the Dashing, and up to RM15,000 for the VT9, giving visitors added value when placing their bookings at the event.
