Jetour Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the all-new Jetour T1, a contemporary SUV set to further expand the brand’s footprint in the local market. Designed with a focus on practicality, comfort, and connectivity, the T1 is positioned as a versatile offering for both daily commuting and weekend getaways.
The Jetour T1 will be offered in two variants – the 1.5L TGDi 2WD and the range-topping 2.0L TGDi XWD. Pricing is estimated to start from RM143,800 for the 1.5-litre variant, rising to RM153,800 for the more powerful 2.0-litre version.
According to Jetour Auto Malaysia CEO Fu Yong, the opening of bookings marks a significant milestone for the brand locally, with the T1 embodying a balance of bold design, practical versatility, and modern technology tailored to Malaysian lifestyles.
The entry-level 1.5L TGDi 2WD variant is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged direct-injection engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, offering a blend of efficiency and responsive performance.
Standard features are generous, including full LED lighting, 18-inch alloy wheels, leatherette upholstery, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and a 12.8-inch infotainment display with voice assistant. An 8-speaker audio system and ambient lighting further enhance the cabin experience.
On the safety front, the T1 comes well-equipped with six airbags, Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and a panoramic view monitoring system, ensuring peace of mind for occupants.
Stepping up to the 2.0L TGDi XWD variant brings a more powerful 2.0-litre turbocharged engine, complemented by a “7+X” drive mode system for improved adaptability across varying driving conditions.
This variant also benefits from a host of premium upgrades, including larger 19-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, driver memory seat, and a power-adjustable front passenger seat.
Inside, the range-topper features a larger 15.6-inch infotainment display, a SONY 9-speaker premium sound system, and 64-colour ambient lighting, elevating the overall cabin ambience and user experience.
Reinforcing its safety credentials, the Jetour T1 has achieved a 5-star rating in the ASEAN NCAP assessment (2021–2025 protocol), scoring an impressive 87.67 points overall.
Customers will be able to choose from four exterior colours: Khaki White, Aviation Silver, Sand Gold, and Carbon Black. The Jetour T1 is expected to be officially launched in Malaysia in the near future, with bookings now open at authorised showrooms nationwide.
Early customers will be among the first to experience Jetour’s latest SUV offering, which aims to deliver a compelling mix of style, technology, and everyday usability.
