Bookings are now open for the all-new Mitsubishi Xforce, a compact SUV that marks a significant expansion of Mitsubishi’s SUV portfolio in Malaysia. Positioned to meet the demands of modern urban lifestyles while retaining Mitsubishi’s trademark durability, the Xforce is set to make its official market debut in early April.
The Mitsubishi Xforce will be offered in two variants for Malaysia. The Urban variant is tentatively priced from RM110,000, while the range-topping Ultimate variant is estimated from RM120,000 (on-the-road without insurance). Both variants are covered by a five-year warranty with unlimited mileage, underscoring Mitsubishi’s focus on long-term ownership confidence.
Designed under the philosophy of “Exceed Xpectations”, the Xforce blends bold SUV styling with thoughtful engineering, delivering a balance of comfort, confidence, and everyday practicality tailored for local road conditions.
Powertrain
Under the bonnet, the Mitsubishi Xforce is powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with a CVT transmission, driving the front wheels. The powertrain produces 105 PS and 141 Nm of torque, offering smooth, predictable acceleration and efficient performance for daily commuting and longer journeys.
A key highlight of the Xforce is its four selectable drive modes — Normal, Wet, Gravel, and Mud — allowing drivers to adapt the vehicle’s behaviour to different road surfaces and weather conditions. Complementing this is Mitsubishi’s Active Yaw Control (AYC) system, which enhances cornering stability by optimising torque distribution during turns.
With a 222 mm ground clearance, the Xforce stands out in its segment, providing added confidence when navigating uneven roads, speed bumps, or light off-road terrain without compromising on-road comfort.
Interior
Inside, the Mitsubishi Xforce prioritises space and comfort. The cabin features a wide, airy layout with 8-step reclining rear seats, offering generous legroom and flexibility for both passengers and cargo.
Practicality is further enhanced by an impressive 23 storage compartments, including a centre console cooler box, designed to accommodate everyday items with ease.
The infotainment experience differs by variant. The Urban variant comes equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen display, while the Ultimate features a larger 12.3-inch Display Audio system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Audio performance is elevated in the Ultimate variant through the Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium Audio system, co-developed with Yamaha and tuned specifically for the Xforce cabin.
Comfort is further enhanced by a dual-zone automatic climate control system, paired with nanoe™ X air purification technology, delivering a cleaner and more pleasant cabin environment for all occupants.
Convenience
The Mitsubishi Xforce integrates smart convenience features designed to simplify daily driving. A hands-free power tailgate with kick sensor allows effortless access to the luggage compartment, while front and rear parking sensors improve ease of manoeuvring in tight urban spaces.
An All-Round Monitor provides enhanced visibility when parking or navigating confined areas, offering added peace of mind in various driving situations.
Safety and Driver Assistance
Safety is a core focus of the Mitsubishi Xforce. The SUV is equipped with Mitsubishi Motors Safety Sensing, an advanced driver assistance system that includes features such as Forward Collision Mitigation, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Automatic High Beam, and Leading Car Departure Notification, depending on variant.
These systems are designed to enhance driver awareness and reduce fatigue, contributing to safer journeys for both driver and passengers.
Early-bird package
To mark the opening of bookings, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia is offering a limited early-bird package for the first 1,000 customers. This includes RM5,000 in cash rebates, three free labour services, and a five-year service package at a reduced cost. Early customers will also be entered into a special contest with a chance to win an additional Mitsubishi Xforce Ultimate.
Existing Mitsubishi owners and their immediate family members are eligible for a Loyalty Programme, which provides an additional RM1,000 cash rebate when purchasing the new Xforce.

That being said, the all-new Mitsubishi Xforce will be launched officially in Malaysia in April 2026.
