Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has reinforced its commitment to improving customer experience in East Malaysia with the opening of a brand-new 4S centre in Miri, Sarawak.
Developed in partnership with authorised dealer Auto Pacifica, the upgraded facility replaces the previous showroom and now offers a full-fledged 4S setup — encompassing Sales, Service, Spare Parts, as well as Body and Paint — under one roof.
Located within the Eastwood Town Centre, the new outlet is designed to deliver a more seamless and customer-centric experience. Visitors are welcomed by a modern reception area, while the spacious showroom provides an enhanced environment to explore Mitsubishi’s latest models. A dedicated customer lounge further adds to the comfort, allowing guests to relax while their vehicles are attended to.
Spanning over 21,000 square feet, the facility reflects Mitsubishi Motors’ global brand standards, combining functionality with a contemporary retail experience. Beyond sales, the centre is equally focused on aftersales support, featuring 13 service bays and six Body & Paint bays to ensure efficient servicing and quicker turnaround times.
Supporting these operations is a team of trained and certified technicians, equipped to handle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in line with Mitsubishi’s global benchmarks.
The introduction of the 4S centre also enhances ownership convenience by consolidating all key services in a single location — a move that aligns with MMM’s ongoing efforts to elevate the overall customer journey.
Auto Pacifica, which has been a Mitsubishi Motors dealer since 2009, continues to play a key role in expanding the brand’s footprint across Sarawak. In addition to Miri, the dealer operates outlets in Bintulu and Kota Samarahan, backed by the Samling Group.
According to Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia CEO Takashi Sakamaki, the new facility represents more than just network expansion.
“Miri is a growing community with strong potential. This new 4S centre allows us to be closer to our customers while delivering a more seamless and comprehensive ownership experience,” he said.
The opening also comes on the back of Mitsubishi’s growing product momentum in Malaysia, highlighted by the recent introduction of the all-new Mitsubishi Xforce — a compact SUV aimed at meeting the evolving needs of modern drivers.
The new Auto Pacifica Miri 4S Centre is now open for business at Eastwood Town Centre, operating from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Sundays.
