Hyundai Launches Two Loyalty Programmes for Customers

In an effort to reward Hyundai owners that have stayed with the brand for a long time, Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM), the sole distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Malaysia has just launched two new after sales loyalty programmes called the “i-Care Plus” as well as a Loyalty Card which offers various discounts and freebies exclusively for Hyundai customers.

According to Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors, the Hyundai i-Care Plus programme is only eligible for vehicles that are four years old or older. How it works is that customers can sign up for the programme at any of Hyundai’s authorised service centres nationwide.

Only RM20

For only RM20, customers will get six discount vouchers which offer a 10 percent discount on selected parts, and a 5 percent discount on labour charges, in addition to two free bottles of engine oils and an oil filter.

However, it is said that the i-Car Plus programme will only be available for a limited time from 1st April, but those who purchase it will get to enjoy the benefits of the i-Care Plus programme is for 35 months from the date of purchase.

The Loyalty Card, on the other hand, is an exclusive privilege that comes automatically with the ownership of any Hyundai model. Membership privileges include exclusive monthly promotions, such as a 20 percent discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products for the month of April.

Customers can expect more privileges in the future such as birthday month discounts on after sales service, discounts on Hyundai merchandise and a higher trade-in value when you purchase another new Hyundai vehicle. Existing customers can register for their complimentary Loyalty Card at any Authorized Hyundai Service Centre nationwide and check for promotional updates via Hyundai’s official website.

Mr Low Yuan Lung, Managing Director of HSDM, said the new customer loyalty programmes are testimony to the company’s promise in offering distinctive value to Hyundai car owners here, in the spirit of its tagline ‘Geared for Distinction.’

“We hope to bring more value and benefits to our customers through such specially designed programmes, as we focus on enhancing the customer experience with Hyundai,” added Mr Low.
