Royal Enfield has launched the 2026 Guerrilla 450 Apex in Malaysia, introducing a sportier version of its middleweight roadster with revised ergonomics, road-focused tyres and updated ride modes. Priced at RM28,000, the new variant is available for booking at authorised dealerships nationwide.
The Apex joins the existing Guerrilla 450 range, which also receives several updates for 2026, including improved tyres across the Dash and Flash variants, as well as a new Twilight Blue colour option for the Dash.
More focused on road performance
The Guerrilla 450 Apex is designed for riders who want a more committed riding position and greater confidence on tarmac.
Its aluminium handlebars have been lowered and repositioned to create a more forward-leaning riding posture. The motorcycle also gets 17-inch Vredestein Centuro ST tyres, developed with a road-focused setup and enhanced grip on wet and low-friction surfaces.
Visual changes further distinguish the Apex from the standard variants. These include colour-coded front bodywork, standard rim tapes and a sculpted rear seat cowl. Buyers can choose from three colour options: Apex Red, Apex Black and Apex Green.
The updated Street and Sport ride modes are now equipped with mode retention, allowing riders to switch between the two modes while retaining their last selection after the ignition is switched off and restarted. This feature is also extended to the other 2026 Guerrilla 450 variants.
Same 450cc Sherpa engine
Power continues to come from Royal Enfield’s Sherpa platform, paired with a steel twin-spar frame.
The engine produces 40PS and 40Nm of torque, with the package designed to balance everyday usability, acceleration and agility through corners.
All variants also feature the Tripper Dash, a circular 4-inch TFT display with Google Maps-powered navigation and smartphone connectivity.
For the existing Dash variant, the new Twilight Blue colour adds another option, accompanied by complimentary handguards and a headlight grille. The Dash and Flash variants also receive updated tyres with improved grip.
Prices and availability in Malaysia
The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Apex is priced at RM28,000, matching the entry-level Base variant. The complete range is priced as follows:
- Base Smoke Silver: RM28,000
- Base Apex Red, Apex Black and Apex Green: RM28,000
- Mid Shadow Ash, Twilight Blue and Peix Bronze: RM28,300
- Premium Brava Blue: RM28,700
Bookings are now open at Royal Enfield’s eight authorised dealerships in Petaling Jaya, Batu Caves, Penang, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
Selected dealerships in Peninsular Malaysia are also scheduled to host Guerrilla Apex open days from 15 to 18 October 2026.
Every Guerrilla 450 Apex comes with a three-year unlimited-mileage warranty and three years of roadside assistance.
With its sportier riding position and road-oriented tyres, the Apex gives the Guerrilla 450 range a more focused street-riding option without increasing the entry price beyond RM28,000.
