Isuzu Malaysia has expanded its footprint in the East Coast with the official opening of a new 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) Centre in Kuantan, operated by Dynamic Motors Sdn Bhd.
Located within the Semambu industrial area, the facility sits on a 3,500-square-metre lot and features a bold new Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI) design. The centre is designed to deliver improved customer care and service convenience for the growing number of Isuzu vehicle owners in the region.
The outlet was officially launched by Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer, Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, who said the opening reflected the company’s commitment to offering customers a more complete ownership experience.
“Isuzu is proud to deliver vehicles that are reliable, efficient and durable. However, we must also ensure that our customers receive exceptional after-sales support. With the addition of this comprehensive new 3S Centre in Kuantan, we are confident that customers will enjoy an enhanced level of attention and service,” he said.
The new Dynamic Motors Isuzu 3S Centre is equipped with a spacious showroom that can accommodate two display vehicles, including the flagship Isuzu D-Max. Customers can also explore colour options, browse digital brochures, and even experience the models through a Virtual Reality setup. Test drives are also available for those who prefer a hands-on experience.
For added customer comfort, the ground floor of the centre includes a large covered service driveway, a dedicated vehicle drop-off area, and a lounge furnished with café-style seating. A refreshments corner with a coffee machine and chilled beverages is also available for waiting customers.
The 1,700-square-metre building also houses a mezzanine floor for administrative offices, allowing the ground floor to be fully dedicated to customer services.
Beyond passenger vehicles, the outlet is certified as an Isuzu Medium Heavy Duty (MHD) facility. This enables it to sell and service the complete range of Isuzu vehicles, including the D-Max pick-up, Elf light-duty trucks, Forward medium-duty trucks, and the heavy-duty Giga series.
Dynamic Motors Chairman, Donald Chan, expressed his gratitude to customers for their continued support over the past two decades.

The Dynamic Motors Isuzu 3S Centre is located on Jalan Industri Semambu 1. The showroom operates daily, while the service centre is open from Monday to Saturday.
