Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia recently announced a warranty extension program for customers whose bike’s warranty end period was affected during the distributor transition period between January and April 2023.
Understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and after-sales support, Triumph Motorcycles has taken this initiative to ensure that all affected owners receive the warranty coverage they deserve. The warranty extension program will provide an additional 6 months of warranty coverage through the remainder of 2023.
“We value our customers and want to address any concerns or inconvenience caused during the distributor transition period, by extending the warranty for affected customers, we aim to provide them with peace of mind and demonstrate our commitment to their ownership experience.” said Juan, Executive Director of Didi Group.
To avail themselves of the warranty extension, customers must fill out the dedicated form on the Triumph Motorcycles website. The form requires customers to provide their bike details and contact information here.
The Triumph Motorcycles team will then reach out to customers as soon as possible to confirm the warranty extension and provide further instructions. The company believes that the warranty extension program will reflect the company’s dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction, and reinforce its commitment to standing behind its products.
In case you didn’t know, Didi Group here is the new authorised distributor of Triumph Motorcycles in Malaysia. As part of the ongoing growth of the Triumph Brand within the Malaysian market, the company officiated three new motorcycle stores just a couple of weeks ago.
The first outlet was launched in Batu Caves through the company’s dealer partner Gene Advance Sdn Bhd, which is already a renowned motorcycle dealer in the Batu Caves area prior to being appointed as a distributor for Triumph motorcycles.
A day after officiating the outlet in Batu Caves, Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia, through DIDI Group, officially opened the doors of its new flagship store in Petaling Jaya, which is located in Section 13, in between Gasket Alley and Motoplex PJ – both of which are owned and operated by Didi Group.
Less than 24 hours later, Triumph Motorcycles Penang, which is the company’s first extended showroom through its new network strategy in the Northern region of Malaysia, was officially launched.
