The Tesla Cyberjaya Service Centre located at Persiaran APEC, Cyber 6 is now officially open for business.
The facility was officiated on the day the first batch of Model 3s was delivered to customers in Malaysia. The centre comes with an area of around 22,000 square feet and provides one-stop service experience to Tesla owners, alongside with the support of Over-the-air (OTA) remote diagnosis and 24/7 owner hotline.
Owners who want to drop by can make appointments through the Tesla mobile app with a touch according to their personal schedule. That being said, Tesla has also started deliveries of its best-selling model in Malaysia, the Model 3 in Malaysia since last week.
Customers took delivery of their Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive and Long Range at the Tesla Cyberjaya centre with more deliveries coming in the coming months.
Refined with an updated exterior styling and optimized for maximum aerodynamics and a new interior design, the new Model 3 comes with more range, a noticeably quieter ride and more features without compromising its thrilling performance.
Acccording to Tesla, the Model 3’s deliveries in Malaysia marks a critical step in Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy in the country.
With V3 Supercharging, the Model 3 can charge up to 282 km in just 15 minutes providing a seamless charging experience to all Tesla owners.
On a separate note, Tesla also launched the Premium Connectivity feature in Malaysia, which will further enhance the driving experience providing access to features that require data usage — including streaming music and media, live traffic visualization and more.
The Premium Connectivity feature will be available via a monthly subscription at RM35.99 per month. Meanwhile, Tesla owners are also invited to join the official Tesla Owners Club Malaysia to enjoy privileges from various Tesla partners.
