SoloEra Solo 1C Electric Motorcycle Can be Purchased for RM599

Blueshark Malaysia has launched a limited-time pre-order promotion for the SoloEra Solo 1C electric motorcycle, the first model under its new sub-brand, SoloEra.

The offer is available exclusively to Mesra Rewards and Setel users through the MARiiCas EV rebate programme by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii).

From 15 July to 16 September 2025 (or while stocks last), eligible customers can pre-order the Solo 1C at a promotional price of RM599. The discounted price is made possible by a RM2,400 MARiiCas rebate and additional support from Blueshark. Orders must be placed through the MyMesra website or Setel app.

To qualify, applicants must be Malaysian citizens aged 18 or older, possess a valid B2 motorcycle license, and sign a five-year battery rental contract at RM59 per month, plus RM10 per month for a connectivity pack.

Solo 1C

Vehicle delivery is expected within six months, depending on location and availability. Shipping fees apply, including additional charges for East Malaysia. Without the rebate, the Solo 1C is priced at RM2,999.

SoloEra is positioned as a high-value, affordable electric mobility brand targeting broader adoption of electric two-wheelers (2WEVs) in Malaysia. The Solo 1C uses Blueshark’s second-generation 2,000W LFP battery, offering a top speed of 75 km/h and up to 101 km range (NEDC). It supports direct charging via a standard 3-pin socket, with battery swapping functionality expected soon.

The Solo 1C features four riding modes, a Motor Assist Mode, and smart connectivity via a mobile app, which includes remote vehicle status, anti-theft functions, Bluetooth key access, and a “Find My Vehicle” feature. It will be available in three colours: Nebula Green, Nova Orange, and Lunar White. Assembly will take place at EP Manufacturing Berhad’s (EPMB) facility in Glenmarie starting July 2025.

Jeff Chong, CEO of Blueshark Malaysia, said the initiative aims to remove financial barriers for first-time EV riders. “This pre-launch offer is designed to accelerate access to clean, smart mobility solutions,” he said.

MARii CEO Azrul Reza Aziz added, “This collaboration supports our target to reach 20% electrified vehicle adoption by 2030 and promotes broader access to low-carbon transport options.”

The campaign follows SoloEra’s public debut at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 and will lead into its official market launch in Q3 2025.
