MDua Motor Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of AFY Mobility Industries (AMI), has officially launched the MODA Moca, a new 110cc scooter aimed at urban commuters seeking a stylish, practical, and affordable mobility solution.
Designed with a balance of retro charm and modern functionality, the MODA Moca is targeted at riders who want an easy-to-handle scooter that also carries a distinctive lifestyle appeal. It comes in three colour choices – Neon Orange, Piano Black, and Ocean Blue – giving buyers the freedom to choose a look that best reflects their personality.
Weighing only 89kg, the Moca is lightweight and highly maneuverable, making it suitable for navigating traffic congestion, narrow streets, or tight parking spaces. Convenience features include under-seat storage, a top rack with a utility hook, a digital meter display, LED headlamps and taillights, and a front disc brake paired with a rear drum brake for added safety.
At the heart of the MODA Moca is a 108cc, 4-stroke SOHC single-cylinder engine equipped with fuel injection (Fi) for improved efficiency and smoother power delivery. It produces 8 hp at 7,500 rpm and 8.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, sufficient for city commuting while maintaining low running costs.
The scooter uses an air-cooled system, is Euro 4 certified, and comes with a CVT (V-Belt) automatic transmission, making it beginner-friendly and practical for daily rides.
