Cycle & Carriage Malaysia has expanded its electric vehicle retail and aftersales network with the opening of the new Cycle & Carriage Leapmotor Glenmarie 3S centre, marking its second Leapmotor outlet in the Klang Valley and the fourth nationwide.
The new facility represents a significant step in strengthening the brand’s physical presence as demand for EVs continues to gain momentum in Malaysia. Developed as a full-fledged 3S centre — integrating sales, service, and spare parts — the Glenmarie site is positioned to deliver a more comprehensive and seamless ownership experience for Leapmotor customers.
Spanning over 22,000 square feet, the centre houses a showroom capable of displaying up to seven vehicles, alongside a fully equipped service workshop and dedicated customer consultation spaces. The outlet adopts Leapmotor’s latest corporate identity, featuring a modern retail environment complete with customer lounge, mezzanine area, and private discussion rooms, while a dedicated vehicle handover bay aims to elevate the delivery experience for new owners.
The opening follows the earlier launch of Cycle & Carriage’s Leapmotor showroom in Bukit Jalil, and is part of a broader network expansion strategy in collaboration with Stellantis Malaysia. According to the company, the move is intended to improve accessibility to both sales and aftersales services, while building greater confidence in the Leapmotor brand among local customers.
On the aftersales front, the Glenmarie facility is equipped with five service and repair bays, as well as a car wash and detailing area. A dedicated parts warehouse supports operations, while the site also incorporates 18 parking bays and provisions for EV charging infrastructure, including two AC chargers and one DC fast charger, signalling readiness for increased EV adoption.
Customers will also benefit from direct visibility into the workshop, in line with Cycle & Carriage’s push for greater transparency in service operations. The outlet is staffed by a team of sales consultants and trained aftersales personnel, aimed at ensuring consistent support across all stages of ownership.
The Glenmarie opening also marks the first full-fledged 3S Leapmotor dealership under the partnership between Cycle & Carriage and Stellantis in Malaysia, underscoring a shared ambition to establish a stronger foothold in the country’s evolving EV landscape.
Looking ahead, Cycle & Carriage has outlined plans to further expand its Leapmotor network with additional 3S and 1S centres, including a forthcoming 3S facility in Johor Bahru, as well as new 1S outlets in Petaling Jaya and Penang.
The Cycle & Carriage Leapmotor Glenmarie showroom operates from 8am to 6pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 11am to 5pm on Sundays and public holidays, while its service centre runs from 8am to 5pm on weekdays and half-day on Saturdays.
