Aveta Motor Malaysia has taken another step towards enhancing customer ownership experience with the opening of its new Technical Service Centre at its headquarters in Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.
The dedicated facility was designed to provide advanced diagnostics, major repair services, and specialised warranty support for both Aveta and Peugeot motorcycle owners across the country.
Positioned as a centralised technical hub rather than a conventional service outlet, the new facility will serve as Aveta’s headquarters-led escalation centre, handling complex cases that require deeper engineering expertise beyond the capabilities of regular dealerships.

The launch reflects Aveta’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its after-sales ecosystem as the Malaysian motorcycle market becomes increasingly competitive and customer expectations continue to rise.
According to Steven Lim, Group Managing Director of Aveta Motor Malaysia, the new centre represents the company’s long-term investment in customer satisfaction and product support.
He explained that while product quality remains important, effective after-sales service plays an equally critical role in the ownership experience. The dedicated technical centre will allow Aveta to resolve complex issues more efficiently, maintain high service standards, and provide customers with greater confidence in the brand.

Unlike standard service centres that primarily focus on routine maintenance and minor repairs, the Aveta Technical Service Centre is equipped to handle advanced diagnostic work, technical troubleshooting, major repair jobs, warranty-related rectification, and engineering-led support for cases escalated from dealerships nationwide.
This specialist role is intended to complement Aveta’s existing dealer network by providing an additional layer of technical expertise whenever customers encounter issues that cannot be resolved at dealer level.
The facility features a fully equipped workshop alongside dedicated service bays designed for comprehensive repair and maintenance work. Customers visiting the centre will also have access to a comfortable waiting lounge as part of Aveta’s effort to deliver a more seamless and premium after-sales experience.
To ensure efficient operations and personalised attention, all services at the Technical Service Centre are conducted strictly by appointment.

The new facility also works closely with Aveta Care On Wheels (ACOW), the company’s roadside assistance programme. Following recent expansions to the ACOW network, riders can now benefit from wider coverage and quicker response times, with roadside support integrated directly with the technical expertise available at the new service centre.
Beyond service operations, Aveta noted that continued investment in research and development will further strengthen the technical foundation supporting its products and after-sales network. The company believes this will contribute to ongoing improvements in motorcycle performance, reliability, and overall ownership satisfaction.
With the establishment of the Technical Service Centre, Aveta is reinforcing its ambition to provide a more dependable, responsive, and customer-focused ownership experience while supporting the growing number of Aveta and Peugeot motorcycles on Malaysian roads.
