Aveta Expands Care On Wheels Mobile Service Network Nationwide

Aveta Motor Malaysia is strengthening its aftersales support network with the expansion of its Aveta Care on Wheels (ACOW) mobile service programme, giving riders across Peninsular Malaysia faster and more accessible support when they need it most.

The expanded network is part of Aveta’s wider effort to improve ownership convenience and deliver a more dependable support ecosystem for customers, especially as the brand continues to grow its presence in the local motorcycle market.

At the centre of the expansion is a simple goal: making it easier for Aveta owners to access professional aftersales support without unnecessary hassle or long wait times.

To do that, the company has grown its mobile aftersales fleet from just one unit to six units across Peninsular Malaysia, significantly increasing its service reach and on-ground response capabilities.

According to Aveta, the move is expected to boost overall service capacity by 30 to 40 percent, while also improving response times by as much as 50 percent, particularly in high-demand and high-traffic areas.

The key to this expansion lies in closer collaboration with Aveta’s Preferred Plus dealers, several of whom have now been integrated into the mobile service network to support both technical assistance and courtesy bike services.

This allows Aveta to scale its support operations more efficiently while ensuring a more consistent customer experience across different regions.

Under the new expanded coverage, KW Keat Wei Motor will support riders in Kedah, including Alor Setar, with its reach extending into Perlis.

Further strengthening northern coverage is CKT Motor, which will support customers in Sungai Petani and surrounding areas, while also covering parts of Penang and Perak.

In the south, NG Brothers Motor will provide support for riders across southern Johor, serving areas from Simpang Renggam to Johor Bahru and nearby locations.

These additions complement Aveta’s own in-house mobile service team, which continues to serve the Central Region, Malacca, and the East Coast, giving the ACOW programme a much broader and more seamless support footprint across the peninsula.

Aveta says the mobile service network is designed not just for emergency support, but also to make everyday ownership easier through more convenient access to aftersales care.

That means customers in covered regions can now benefit from mobile aftersales support as well as courtesy bike services through participating dealers, helping reduce downtime and making it easier to keep their motorcycles on the road.

In an increasingly competitive motorcycle market, aftersales service can often be the difference between a good ownership experience and a frustrating one. And for many riders, especially those who rely on their bikes daily, having quicker access to support is just as important as the product itself.

Aveta Group Managing Director Steven Lim said the expanded Care on Wheels programme reflects the brand’s aim to deliver services that are more responsive, more accessible, and better aligned with what customers actually need.

More importantly, it shows that Aveta is not just focused on selling motorcycles, but also on building a stronger ownership ecosystem around them.

As the company continues to expand in Malaysia, the enhanced ACOW network is a clear sign that Aveta wants to back its bikes with the kind of support riders can genuinely count on.
