iCAUR has unveiled the V25 at its 2026 International User Summit in Wuhu, China, adding a new model to its V-Series lineup with battery-electric and range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) powertrain options.

Positioned between the V23 and V27, the V25 combines a boxy SUV design with customisation options, all-wheel-drive capability and features aimed at both urban driving and outdoor activities.

The global debut on 19 October also marked the first time the V23, V25 and V27 were presented together as a complete lineup.

Boxy styling with room for customisation

The V25 follows iCAUR’s “Future Classic” design approach, featuring a squared-off body, round LED headlights, an upright windscreen, flared wheel arches and 21-inch wheels. Other design details include semi-hidden mechanical door handles, a side-opening tailgate and a full-size spare tyre mounted at the rear.

The SUV has a claimed longitudinal space efficiency of 66.4%, while its boot offers up to 1,549 litres of capacity. The cabin includes 41 storage compartments, and the battery-electric version adds a front trunk and 22 litres of underfloor storage.

The front seats can fold flat to create a resting space alongside the rear seats. Other equipment includes a panoramic sunroof with a powered sunshade, ventilated and heated front seats, power adjustment with driver memory and a 15-speaker audio system.

iCAUR has also built more than 20 modification interfaces into the V25, allowing owners to personalise the vehicle for different uses. The SUV offers a claimed towing capacity of 1.8 tonnes and 6kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) output for powering external equipment.

Two powertrain options, up to 335kW

The V25 will be offered as both a battery-electric vehicle (BEV) and a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV).

Its REEV powertrain is designed to combine electric driving with fuel-based electricity generation. iCAUR quotes a maximum thermal efficiency of 44.5% and a fuel-to-electricity conversion rate of 3.71kWh per litre.

The system offers five energy-management modes: Forced EV, EV Priority, Hybrid, Fuel First and Forced Charge, allowing drivers to adjust how the vehicle uses electricity and fuel.

For all-wheel-drive variants, the V25’s i-AWD system uses two electric motors producing a combined 335kW and 505Nm. The system can switch between two-wheel drive and all-wheel drive according to road conditions, with torque distribution managed electronically.

However, iCAUR has not disclosed the V25’s battery capacity, electric-only driving range or overall driving range in the information provided for its global debut.

Safety and driver assistance

The V25 uses a cage-type body structure incorporating five horizontal and six vertical beams, with 80% high-strength and advanced high-strength steel. iCAUR claims torsional rigidity of 30,000Nm per degree and says the vehicle was developed to meet mainstream five-star safety standards worldwide.

Occupant protection includes six standard airbags, a front centre airbag and dual-stage load-limiting seat belts.

Driver assistance features include adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot detection and driver monitoring. The SUV also gets a 540-degree surround-view camera system and automatic parking assist.

Customised versions heading to global markets

At the summit, iCAUR also showcased three customised vehicles based on its V-Series models: the V23 Forge, V25 Game Changer and V27 Sun Roam.

The V25 Game Changer features gaming-inspired design elements, including controller-themed details and joystick-inspired colour accents. The other two builds focus on a wider, sportier appearance and an outdoor-oriented design, respectively.

According to iCAUR, the three customised models are scheduled to enter global markets from early 2027.

The V25’s global debut expands iCAUR’s offering with a model that combines retro-inspired SUV styling, flexible powertrain choices and factory-supported personalisation. Details on pricing, market-specific specifications and availability have yet to be announced.
