Perodua has announced a reduction in the cost of its service maintenance parts and labour, with an average price drop of about 10%, effective 19 June.
The company said that the price adjustment is part of its ongoing efforts to ease the financial burden on Malaysians amid rising living costs. The reduction applies to both service parts and labour charges, depending on the type of maintenance required, with customers expected to save around 10% on their overall service bills starting 19 June.
Perodua President and CEO, Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad, said the company is encouraging customers to continue servicing their vehicles at authorised service centres and to use genuine parts to ensure reliability and long-term performance.
He added that the initiative is aimed at lowering mobility-related expenses for customers while delivering better overall value.
The discount covers all Perodua models, including the QV-E, and includes a wide range of maintenance services such as inspections, parts replacement, and labour charges.

According to the company, more than 5 million Perodua vehicles are currently on Malaysian roads, and it expects this initiative to benefit a large portion of owners. In 2025 alone, about 3.7 million vehicles were serviced at Perodua service centres nationwide.
Perodua also recently adjusted the pricing of its first electric vehicle, the QV-E. The outright purchase price was reduced to RM93,999, while the body-only option is priced at RM69,999, with a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) plan costing RM215 per month (including tax) over nine years.
For a limited period, further promotional pricing is being offered: RM87,499 for full ownership, or RM63,499 with the BaaS package at RM215 per month for nine years. This promotional offer is valid until 30 September 2026.
The company said the price adjustments were made possible through improved operational efficiency and reduced internal wastage, with the resulting savings being passed directly to customers.
