Zontes is strengthening its presence in Malaysia’s growing premium scooter segment with the introduction of four new models under its 368 series. Launched under the “Geng4Ride” banner, the new lineup consists of the Zontes 368D, Zontes 368E, Zontes 368G and Zontes 368K, priced at RM23,800, RM25,800, RM28,800 and RM27,800 respectively.
The four scooters are positioned to address different riding lifestyles, from urban commuting and long-distance touring to light off-road exploration. At the same time, the new range represents a step forward from the brand’s earlier 350 series, with the upgraded models featuring a larger 368 cc engine and improved riding dynamics.
According to Goi Seong Keng, National Marketing Manager of Zontes Malaysia, the Geng4Ride concept is designed to match riders with scooters that best suit their riding style. Whether riders prioritise urban mobility, group touring or adventure riding, the 368 lineup aims to offer a suitable option with stronger performance and updated features.

Across the range, the scooters are powered by a 368 cc engine producing 28.5 kW and 40 Nm of torque, providing stronger acceleration and improved cruising capability compared with the previous generation.
The Zontes 368D targets urban riders who prioritise agility and everyday usability. Weighing just 175 kg, it is around 25 kg lighter than the outgoing 350D, resulting in sharper handling and easier manoeuvrability in city traffic.
Designed primarily for commuting and short leisure rides, the scooter also offers a 20-litre storage compartment for everyday practicality. The 368D is available in Grey, Black and Green.

For riders who frequently travel in groups or cover longer distances, the Zontes 368E is positioned as a touring-focused maxi scooter. The model features a lighter chassis compared with its predecessor while retaining the upgraded engine output.
Rider comfort is enhanced with heated grips and heated seats, along with 260 mm of legroom designed to improve ergonomics on long rides. Storage capacity is also generous, with a 50-litre compartment capable of accommodating two helmets. Colour options include Grey and Black.
Adventure-oriented riders are catered for by the Zontes 368G, which combines commuting practicality with light off-road capability. The scooter features a larger 17.5-litre fuel tank to extend riding range, while selectable Touring and Sport riding modes allow riders to tailor throttle response depending on road conditions. Storage space is another highlight, with a 52-litre rear compartment designed to fit two helmets.

The model is available in Brown and Grey and will eventually be offered with two ride height configurations: a standard setup with 155 mm ground clearance and a higher variant with 180 mm ground clearance.
Since its earlier debut in 2025, the 368G has already recorded more than 5,000 units delivered nationwide after attracting over 1,500 bookings within its first week.
Completing the lineup is the Zontes 368K, the newest addition to the range and one that prioritises comfort-oriented touring. Weighing 186 kg, the scooter emphasises ride stability and long-distance comfort.

A sofa-style pneumatic seat with lumbar support is designed to reduce fatigue during extended journeys, while a 50-litre storage compartment provides ample space for personal items.
The 368K also features a 6.75-inch TFT display, electrically adjustable windshield with anti-turbulence design, automatic LED projection headlights and a magnesium alloy luggage rack.
Beyond individual model characteristics, the 368 series introduces several technological upgrades across the range. All models are equipped with a Bosch Electronic Throttle Control system that enables features such as cruise control and traction control for smoother power delivery and enhanced riding stability.

Additional safety features include a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, newly tuned suspension and dual-channel anti-lock braking system.
Connectivity has also been integrated into the riding experience. Each model is compatible with the Zontes Smart App, allowing riders to access ride data, vehicle diagnostics and trip history directly from their smartphones.
With the launch of the 368 series, Zontes is expanding its appeal to a broader group of Malaysian riders by offering multiple scooter configurations built around a common performance platform.
The approach allows the brand to cater to different riding preferences while strengthening its position in Malaysia’s increasingly competitive mid-capacity scooter segment.
