Isuzu Malaysia has expanded its presence in the Klang Valley with a brand-new facility designed to elevate the ownership experience. The latest 4S Centre brings together new vehicle sales, after-sales services, and a certified body and paint unit, offering customers a complete range of support under one roof.
Operated by SV Prestige Auto, the centre is strategically located in Balakong along the Kajang Dispersal Link Highway. It is now the third dealer-owned and operated Isuzu 4S facility in the Klang Valley.
The outlet was officially launched by Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, who highlighted the company’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and confidence with every purchase.
According to Yamaguchi, the opening of this modern, fully integrated outlet underscores Isuzu Malaysia’s continuous efforts to make vehicle ownership more enjoyable and convenient. By centralising all key services, customers can expect seamless access to quality care throughout their ownership journey.
Showcasing the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI), the new Balakong centre occupies a prime spot within a newly developed light industrial area. It houses the full lineup of Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks and Isuzu commercial vehicles.
Inside, two display units allow visitors to explore the models up close, choose their preferred specifications and colours through digital, paperless tools, and even experience the D-Max’s off-road capabilities and safety technologies via a Virtual Reality simulator.
The service centre is equipped to handle up to six vehicles at once, ensuring faster turnaround times for routine maintenance. To maintain consistent workmanship standards, the facility also features its own wheel alignment equipment and a full-size paint booth, enabling it to manage accident repairs internally.
The body and paint division is currently recognised by major insurance providers and is listed on the panel of five leading insurers in Malaysia. Approval to perform heavy accident repairs is in progress, as the necessary tools and trained personnel are already available.
During the launch, SV Prestige Auto Managing Director Ryan Tham expressed gratitude to both Isuzu Malaysia and loyal customers for their continued support. He shared that the establishment of the new 4S Centre represents the consolidation of their operations into one convenient location, offering customers a more comfortable and comprehensive destination for all their Isuzu-related needs.
The SV Prestige Auto Isuzu 4S Centre is located at Lot 1917-B, Jalan KPB 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong. It operates alongside the company’s 3S Centre in Puchong. The showroom welcomes visitors daily, while the service centre operates from Monday to Saturday.
