iCAUR Malaysia has officially opened the doors to iCAUR Damansara, its flagship dealership in the country, marking another major milestone in the brand’s growing footprint within Malaysia’s electric vehicle (EV) landscape.
The new facility is managed by Carramax Luxe Sdn. Bhd. and represents the brand’s vision of offering an engaging, premium, and customer-focused EV ownership experience.
Speaking at the grand opening ceremony, Men Lin Bo, Executive Vice President of Chery Corporate, said, “Standing tall in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, iCAUR Damansara is a proud addition to our expanding network. With seven dealerships now open across Malaysia and more scheduled to follow in the final quarter of 2025, this launch reflects our continued investment in serving Malaysian customers better.”
Ricky Chia, Director of Carramax Luxe Sdn. Bhd., added that the Damansara outlet will serve as the benchmark for iCAUR’s retail and service network nationwide. “As the flagship facility, it offers everything from engaging customer spaces to state-of-the-art service capabilities, all designed to ensure a seamless experience for every iCAUR owner,” he said.
Occupying approximately 40,000 square feet, iCAUR Damansara is designed to blend accessibility, convenience, and complete customer care. The expansive showroom accommodates up to eight vehicles on display, alongside a dedicated vehicle delivery bay and five EV charging stations exclusively for customers.
To enhance the ownership experience, the customer lounge features comfortable amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, refreshments, and gaming consoles, offering visitors a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere during their visits.
The after-sales centre houses eight service bays and a fully equipped Body and Paint (B&P) department, which includes aluminium body repair facilities and advanced diagnostic tools.
Additional services such as accessory installation, vehicle wrapping, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) applications are also available, providing a comprehensive one-stop solution for iCAUR owners.
Supported by a dedicated team of 12 sales consultants, 11 service technicians, and 10 B&P specialists, the new flagship outlet is capable of servicing up to 520 vehicles per month—a testament to iCAUR Malaysia’s emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
By the end of 2025, iCAUR Malaysia aims to operate nine full-fledged dealerships and 18 sales points nationwide, reinforcing its commitment to building a robust and easily accessible EV retail and service network across the country.
Strategically located at Lot 2814, Jalan Damansara, Kampung Sungai Penchala, Kuala Lumpur, iCAUR Damansara welcomes customers from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sundays and Public Holidays). The service centre operates from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday–Saturday, and is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
