Understanding this, E.S. Yang Motor Sdn Bhd, a Toyota authorized dealer in Johor, made the move to consolidate its three outlets in Muar into one 4S centre which could offer sales, aftersales services and also Body & Paint services.
E.S. Yang Motor started as an authorized Toyota dealer in 1993 with just a showroom in Muar. Realising that the growing number of Toyota owners in the area would also require aftersales services, the company quickly invested in expanding the business to include a service centre in 1994, becoming a 3S outlet that could offer sales, service and spare parts.
In 2012, the company made a further investment to set up a Body & Paint (B&P) Centre. This facility is important for customers to ensure that when they need repair work after an accident or refinishing the paintwork, Toyota’s highest standards will be applied as the B&P centre must adhere to standards set by Toyota Motor Corporation.
The newly opened outlet has 66 staff dedicated to sales and service. The service centre has 12 bays and can handle up to 33 vehicles daily. As with other Toyota 3S and 4S outlets, there is also a comfortable lounge for customers to wait in, with complimentary amenities such as refreshments, wifi and TV.
