As part of the 50th anniversary celebration of the iconic BMW 3 Series, BMW Malaysia has expanded the lineup with two new additions—the New BMW 330i M Sport (RM340,200) and BMW 320i Sport (RM290,000)—following the earlier launch of the BMW 330Li M Sport.
Continuing the legacy of bold and dynamic design, the New BMW 330i M Sport showcases an assertive, athletic stance enhanced by signature M Sport styling and an aerodynamic silhouette. In contrast, the New BMW 320i Sport adopts a more sophisticated and executive-oriented appearance, with clean contours and a poised, professional demeanor.
Design details such as the high-gloss black kidney grille on the 330i M Sport contrast with the Pearl Chrome-finished grille and satin aluminium exterior trims on the 320i Sport.
Both models come equipped with LED headlights featuring high-beam assist and ambient lighting that includes a fresh projection design exclusive to the updated 3 Series range. An automatic tailgate function also comes standard for added convenience.
The 330i M Sport rides on 19-inch M light alloy wheels in double-spoke 996 M Bicolour design with run-flat tyres. Meanwhile, the 320i Sport is fitted with 18-inch V-spoke 780 Bicolour alloy wheels. Exclusive features on the 330i M Sport include the M Aerodynamics package, M rear spoiler, and extended Shadowline elements. The 320i Sport is distinguished by its Exterior Line in Satin Aluminium.
Inside, both models feature an updated, minimalist cabin focused on comfort and usability. A newly redesigned instrument panel with narrow air vents gives the cabin a sleek look, while galvanic controls improve user interaction. At the heart of the dashboard is the BMW Curved Display, integrating a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch central touchscreen.
These displays are powered by BMW Operating System 8.5 with QuickSelect, offering easy access to key functions such as navigation, media, and vehicle settings. BMW Live Cockpit Professional is standard, incorporating a full-colour Head-Up Display and Augmented View navigation to improve situational awareness.
The 330i M Sport includes variable sport steering for greater control and driving dynamics, while the 320i Sport features a sport steering wheel that suits its balanced driving character.
Both variants come with features such as comfort access, an interior/exterior mirror package, a through-loading system, sports seats up front, storage compartment package, dual-zone automatic climate control, and ambient lighting.
Exclusive to the 330i M Sport are interior trims in Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite M, a premium instrument panel, galvanic embellishers, a HiFi audio system, and M-specific elements like the leather steering wheel and anthracite headliner.
The 320i Sport, on the other hand, offers trim finishers in “Dark Graphite” matte and a standard sports steering wheel.
Under the bonnet, the 330i M Sport houses a 2.0-litre BMW TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder engine, producing 190 kW (258 hp) and 400 Nm of torque. Paired with an 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission and rear-wheel drive, it sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.8 seconds, reaching a top speed of 250 km/h.
The 320i Sport is powered by the same engine, tuned to deliver 135 kW (184 hp) and 300 Nm of torque. Coupled with the same transmission and drivetrain, it completes the 0–100 km/h dash in 7.4 seconds and has a maximum speed of 235 km/h.
Both models come equipped with advanced safety and driving assistance features. Standard across the range are Active Cruise Control with Stop&Go and the Driving Assistant package, which includes Lane Change Warning, Speed Limit Information, Rear Crossing Traffic Alert with braking intervention, and Exit Warning.
Parking is made easier with the Parking Assistant Plus suite, which includes camera- and sensor-based systems such as Park Assist, Reversing Assistant, Active Park Distance Control, Surround View, Remote 3D View, BMW Drive Recorder, Anti-Theft Recorder, and more.
Customers can choose from exterior colours such as Alpine White, Black Sapphire, and Arctic Race Blue. Exclusive shades include M Brooklyn Grey for the 330i M Sport and Skyscraper Grey for the 320i Sport. Inside, both models are offered with Sensatec Perforated upholstery in Black.
