Cycle & Carriage has officially opened its first Kia 3S Centre in Malaysia, marking its debut as an authorised dealer partner for Kia Sales Malaysia. Located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, the new facility combines vehicle sales, aftersales services and spare parts support under one roof, while introducing Kia’s latest global retail concept to the local market.
The opening represents another step in Kia Malaysia’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its dealership and customer support network as the brand continues its product offensive in the country.
Covering 20,839 square feet, the Kia Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie 3S Centre houses a 5,511-square-foot showroom capable of displaying up to five vehicles, alongside a fully equipped service centre, workshop, parts department and a 2,067-square-foot customer lounge. The facility also features 20 service bays and infrastructure that is ready to support electric vehicle servicing in the future.
The showroom adopts Kia’s latest Store Identity 2.0 global retail concept, featuring a cleaner and more contemporary design intended to create a premium customer experience. Visitors can expect dedicated digital display areas, a hero vehicle showcase, consultation spaces for personalised discussions, and an integrated service reception designed to streamline the ownership journey.
According to Cycle & Carriage Malaysia CEO Adrian Short, the new facility combines Kia’s global retail standards with the company’s established expertise in aftersales service, allowing customers to enjoy greater convenience and peace of mind throughout vehicle ownership.
Kia Sales Malaysia Managing Director Emily Lek added that the partnership aligns with the company’s long-term strategy of strengthening customer confidence through improved sales and aftersales support. She noted that Cycle & Carriage’s experience in the automotive industry and customer-focused approach makes it a strong addition to Kia’s expanding dealer network.
The opening of the Glenmarie 3S Centre is significant for more than just another dealership launch. Cycle & Carriage has built a strong reputation in Malaysia for premium automotive retail and aftersales support, particularly with Mercedes-Benz.
