Lotus Cars Malaysia, part of the Karrus Automotive Group, has introduced an expanded range of its all-electric Lotus Emeya hyper-GT, with prices now starting at RM459,000.
The updated line-up is part of Lotus’ global strategy to make the Emeya more attainable, while preserving its DNA of striking design, electrifying performance, and driver-focused innovation.
The new naming convention — Emeya 600 and Emeya 900 — reflects each variant’s output in metric horsepower. Buyers can select between sport-oriented or luxury-focused equipment packages, with options clearly defined to make the purchasing process simpler while still allowing for individual customisation.
This naming and packaging strategy mirrors that of the Lotus Emira sports car, which earlier this year revived heritage-inspired trims. The new Emeya range also integrates classic monikers such as SPORT and GT SE, giving them a fresh, modern identity.
