Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, together with retail partner NZ Wheels, has introduced the world’s largest Stars@Mercedes-Benz showroom in Bangsar. This landmark space is also the first worldwide to combine the Stars@Mercedes-Benz concept with the brand’s latest retail identity, setting a new benchmark for luxury automotive retail environments.
Stars@Mercedes-Benz Bangsar is positioned as a pioneering urban luxury destination, designed to elevate how customers experience the brand. The showroom brings together the most prestigious nameplates under the Mercedes-Benz portfolio, including Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, and the iconic G-Class.

It serves as a dedicated showcase for the brand’s Top-End Vehicle range, offering a curated environment focused on exclusivity, personalisation, and immersive brand engagement.
Covering 1,800 square meters across two floors, the showroom blends display areas with lifestyle-focused spaces, private consultation rooms, and digital touchpoints. The location in Bangsar places it in close proximity to some of Kuala Lumpur’s most affluent communities, providing a refined setting that aligns with the expectations of luxury clientele.
NZ Wheels has invested RM5 million into the development of the facility. The ground level features dedicated brand zones that highlight individual identities within the Mercedes-Benz luxury portfolio.

Through modular architectural elements and customisable visual treatments, the showroom can be reconfigured within minutes to reflect Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, or G-Class brand experiences.
A key highlight is the MANUFAKTUR area, where customers can explore bespoke customisation options. Fabric swatches, paint samples, interior configurations, and styling choices are presented in a tactile, studio-style environment that allows customers to tailor their vehicle to personal preference.
Large digital screens complement the displays, creating an immersive visual narrative for each brand.
Comfort-focused features such as a café-style lounge and private engagement rooms support relaxed consultations, lending the space a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

The first floor adopts Mercedes-Benz’s latest retail brand presence, emphasizing seamless digital interaction and guided discovery. Interactive displays and flexible presentation zones enhance how customers explore vehicle features, performance attributes, and personalisation options.
The floor also houses an AMG Performance Center, showcasing the performance-driven identity of Mercedes-AMG through dedicated displays and product storytelling elements designed to evoke emotion and connection.

The facility includes a 50 kW DC fast charger and a digital handover area that elevates the vehicle delivery experience. Supporting the Bangsar showroom, NZ Wheels will expand its service footprint with a new 2S service center in Jalan Genting Klang/Setapak, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026.
With the addition of Stars@Mercedes-Benz Bangsar, NZ Wheels now operates four Mercedes-Benz retail locations across Klang, Johor Bahru, Setapak, and Bangsar, representing a total investment of RM20 million in strengthening premium automotive retail nationwide.
