Spanning 8,400 square feet across two levels, the showroom features six vehicle display bays, two dedicated delivery bays, and a range of immersive digital experience zones. The facility also includes a customer lounge and dedicated EV charging stations, positioning Leapmotor Ipoh as a full-fledged premier EV retail hub in the region.

As a 3S centre (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts), Leapmotor Ipoh is fully equipped to handle comprehensive EV maintenance and care. It features state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, specialised high-voltage systems, battery conditioning equipment, and proprietary Leapmotor software for vehicle diagnostics. Each member of the technical team has undergone extensive training to ensure top-tier expertise in servicing Leapmotor vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service.

Leapmotor Ipoh operates daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Aftersales services are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The service centre is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
