Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has officially introduced the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupé Nightfall Edition, marking the second Nightfall Edition model to be launched locally after the GLA Nightfall Edition.
Locally assembled in Malaysia, the special edition model adds a darker, more aggressive visual package to the standard AMG GLC 43 Coupé, while retaining the performance-focused character expected from an AMG model.
Priced at RM518,888 on-the-road without insurance for Peninsular Malaysia, the Nightfall Edition combines exclusive styling upgrades, AMG performance enhancements, and added luxury features.

The biggest visual difference comes from the addition of the AMG Night Package Exterior II, which introduces dark chrome detailing across several exterior elements. This includes the radiator grille slats, rear badging, fender emblems, and rear Mercedes star, giving the SUV a more sinister appearance.
The SUV also gets an AMG fuel filler cap finished in silver chrome with AMG lettering and black accents, along with 21-inch AMG Y-spoke light-alloy wheels paired with silver-painted brake calipers.
Another highlight is the inclusion of AMG Real Performance Sound, which allows drivers to alter the exhaust character between different sound profiles ranging from more subdued settings to a louder, more emotional AMG soundtrack via the touchscreen or dedicated controls.
Powering the AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupé Nightfall Edition is AMG’s handcrafted 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, developed under the brand’s “One Man, One Engine” philosophy in Affalterbach.
The engine produces 421 hp and 500 Nm of torque, with an additional 14 hp boost available temporarily via the integrated 48-volt mild hybrid system and belt-driven starter generator.

Performance figures remain seriously impressive for a four-cylinder SUV coupe, with the Nightfall Edition capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
Mercedes-AMG has also equipped the SUV with rear-axle steering capable of turning up to 2.5 degrees, improving low-speed manoeuvrability and high-speed stability.
Other key equipment highlights include:
- DIGITAL LIGHT adaptive headlamps
- AMG Performance steering wheel in Nappa leather
- AMG carbon-fibre interior trim
- AMG sport seats in ARTICO upholstery
- Burmester 3D surround sound system
- AMG-specific MBUX displays and functions
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is also offering the SUV with its Agility+ financing programme, with monthly instalments starting from RM6,688 per month.
With the launch of the Nightfall Edition, Mercedes-AMG appears to be doubling down on buyers looking for more visual exclusivity and sportier styling without moving up into the brand’s full-fat V8-powered models.
