Didi Group has announced a revised pricing strategy for the Aprilia SR GT 200 Sport, making the popular urban adventure scooter more accessible to Malaysian riders.
Effective immediately, the 2026 Aprilia SR GT 200 Sport is now priced at RM15,900, positioning it as a more compelling option for those seeking a premium, performance-oriented scooter without stretching the budget.
Since its introduction in Malaysia, the SR GT 200 has played a key role in expanding the local fanbase for Aprilia. To date, more than 2,000 units have been delivered nationwide, supported by ongoing efforts to bring the brand experience closer to riders across the country.

The SR GT 200 Sport stands out in the scooter segment with its dual-purpose character. Designed to handle both daily commutes and occasional rough roads, it combines a rugged aesthetic with an upright riding position and long-travel suspension.
Power comes from a 174cc i-get engine, delivering responsive performance suited for urban traffic while maintaining efficiency for longer rides. The chassis setup, paired with an ABS-equipped braking system, ensures stability and safety across varying road conditions.
This blend of practicality and sportiness is further enhanced by Aprilia’s signature styling, heavily influenced by its racing heritage.

The timing of the price revision also coincides with Aprilia’s continued momentum in the MotoGP 2026 season, where the brand has secured multiple podium finishes and race victories.
While the SR GT 200 Sport is a road-focused scooter, the engineering philosophy and performance DNA drawn from Aprilia’s racing programme are evident in its design and riding dynamics.
According to Didi Group Managing Director Goh Kian Sin, the revised pricing is aimed at widening the appeal of the model among Malaysian riders.
By lowering the entry point, the company hopes to attract more buyers looking for a stylish, capable scooter that balances everyday usability with a sporty edge.
The 2026 Aprilia SR GT 200 Sport is now available at all authorised dealerships nationwide, with test rides and viewing sessions open to the public.
